Need to return? - We understand. Effective November 23, 2023 all returns will be in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. All tags must be attached, clothing unworn, unwashed & no signs of wear. Final sale on any purchase with a discount. Final sale on accessories, bodysuits, & undergarments. Shoes - zero signs of wear to return/exchange. All returns need to be made within 7 days of delivery for online orders and 7 days since purchase of in store orders.

For unspecified reasons, any item(s) that is unavailable on your order will be issued a refund, and the remainder of the order will be shipped.
Sending Back Returns
• Please email us and include, your order number along with your original invoice when you are requesting to send your package back.
• Original shipping & return fees are non-refundable.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or any other stain. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
• We HIGHLY recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. This will also allow you to know when your return has made it to us. We do not notify when returns are received in our warehouse.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopsuchgrace@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
