Shipping policy

 

Processing Time 

All standard orders are processed 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We also offer FREE economy shipping on orders over $200. 

Checking Order Status

For unspecified reasons, any item(s) that is unavailable on your order will be issued a refund, and the remainder of the order will be shipped.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopsuchgrace@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Such Grace Boutique is not responsible for lost or stollen packages. 

Once the package leaves our store, the delivery of your package falls upon whom we've selected as the carrier. Lost or stollen packages need to be reported to you local carriers and or law enforcement. In some cases the package might be delayed, please give 10 days for package to arrive if it has been lost.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 516 Oak Street Graham, Texas. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10AM-6PM on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

In-Store Only

We have a lot of in store only products due to fragility and price. These products will still be displayed on the website, but upon checkout, it will force the only option to be a local pick up or say that we are unable to deliver. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Check back often to see when this will become available.
